Gliderport Group operates on a direct primary care (DPC) membership model — a flat monthly fee, no per-visit charges, no insurance billing.
Membership includes unlimited office visits, direct phone/text/email access to Dr. Cho, same- or next-day scheduling for most concerns, and wholesale pricing on labs and medications arranged through the practice. There are no co-pays and no per-visit fees.

A one-time enrollment fee of $150 applies to new memberships. Membership is billed monthly and may be paused or cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Membership covers care provided directly by Dr. Cho. It does not include the cost of prescription medications, laboratory processing, imaging, specialist referrals, or hospital care — these are billed separately, typically at discounted cash-pay or wholesale rates arranged through the practice.
