The practice maintains a limited patient panel by design, which allows for longer visit times, same-week scheduling for most concerns, and consistent follow-through on referrals, labs, and chronic condition management.
The practice operates on a direct primary care (DPC) membership basis: a flat monthly fee covers unlimited visits with no co-pays or per-visit billing. Gliderport Group does not bill insurance directly and is not contracted with any health plan. See membership pricing for current rates.

Dr. Cho has practiced internal medicine for over 15 years, with a clinical focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and adult primary care. She earned her medical degree from the University of California, San Diego, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Bayview Regional Medical Center. She is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
