Gliderport Group provides comprehensive, continuity-based primary care under a single physician. We are currently accepting new patients.
Gliderport Group is an independent, single-physician primary care practice based in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. The practice was established to provide adult patients with direct access to their physician, unhurried visit times, and consistent follow-through on chronic and preventive care.
We operate on a direct primary care (DPC) membership model: a flat monthly fee, no co-pays, no insurance billing. Visit lengths, scheduling, and communication are structured around continuity rather than volume.
Annual and executive-level physical examinations, including baseline lab review.
Ongoing management of hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, and related conditions.
Age- and risk-appropriate screening coordinated with outside laboratories and imaging centers.
